A substitute for professional medical care, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, medication, or clinical advice.

Use of the App does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, or other professional healthcare relationship between you and Pathfinder Digital LLC.
Do not disregard, delay, or replace professional advice because of information, tasks, prompts, or suggestions provided by the App. Questions about your physical or mental health should be directed to a qualified healthcare professional.
You are responsible for deciding whether any task, prompt, reflection, or suggestion is appropriate for you. Stop using any feature that causes discomfort, distress, or concern.
Today Still Matters is not an emergency service, crisis-response service, suicide-prevention service, or real-time monitoring system.
The App does not continuously monitor your check-ins, reflections, activity, device, safety, or emotional condition. We do not guarantee that anyone will review or respond to information you enter.
The SOS feature may display coping suggestions, crisis information, or shortcuts for contacting someone you have selected. Unless the App expressly states otherwise, using the SOS feature does not:
Contact emergency services.
Notify Pathfinder Digital LLC that you need assistance.
Alert a healthcare professional.
Guarantee that an emergency contact will answer.
Provide real-time intervention or supervision.
If you believe you or another person is in immediate danger, call your local emergency-services number immediately.

Outside the United States, contact your local emergency-services number or an appropriate crisis-support service in your location.
The App may allow you to save information for friends, family members, caregivers, professionals, or other emergency contacts.
You are responsible for:
Entering accurate and current contact information.
Obtaining permission before saving another person’s information when required.

You are responsible for the content you enter and agree not to enter content that:
Violates applicable law.
Infringes another person’s rights.
Contains information you are not authorized to provide.
Attempts to compromise or misuse the App.
Some information may be stored locally on your device. Other limited information may be transmitted or processed when necessary to provide features, verify purchases, troubleshoot problems, or operate connected services, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
If content is transmitted to us or our service providers, you grant us a limited right to process it only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the App or comply with applicable law.
Deleting the App may remove locally stored information. We are not responsible for information lost because of device failure, deletion, operating-system changes, backup settings, or other circumstances outside our control.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how the App may access, collect, use, retain, protect, or share information, including technical information, device information, purchase-verification data, preferences, and information you choose to enter.
You should review the Privacy Policy before using the App. Google Play requires apps to provide a privacy policy that accurately explains how user data is accessed, collected, used, and shared.
The App may send local or push notifications relating to:
Daily check-ins.
Self-care tasks.
Reflections.
Encouragement.
Progress.
Purchased content.
App updates or service information.
Notifications are optional and may be managed through the App or your device settings.
Notifications are provided for convenience only. They are not medical reminders, treatment instructions, emergency alerts, or a substitute for reminders provided by a healthcare professional.
Delivery may be delayed, blocked, duplicated, or prevented by device settings, battery restrictions, network conditions, operating-system behavior, or third-party services. We do not guarantee that any notification will be delivered at a particular time.
The App may offer paid features, one-time purchases, subscriptions, digital content packs, themes, tasks, prompts, notification packs, or other premium content.
Purchases are processed through the marketplace from which you downloaded the App, such as Google Play or the Apple App Store. Your purchase is also subject to that marketplace’s payment terms and policies.
Prices, applicable taxes, billing periods, and included content will be shown before you complete a purchase.
If a subscription is offered:
The subscription may renew automatically unless canceled before the applicable renewal deadline.
Renewal and cancellation terms will be displayed before purchase.
You must manage or cancel the subscription through your marketplace account.
Uninstalling the App does not necessarily cancel a subscription.
Refund requests are governed by the applicable marketplace’s policies and applicable law. Pathfinder Digital LLC cannot directly control or guarantee refunds processed by Google, Apple, or another marketplace.
Premium access may require successful purchase verification. We may restrict, suspend, or revoke premium access when a purchase is refunded, canceled, charged back, invalid, fraudulent, unverified, or associated with abuse of the App.
You may be able to restore eligible purchases using the marketplace account originally used to make the purchase.
The App may allow you to select different support styles, tones, or profanity preferences.
These preferences are intended to personalize the App’s wording. They do not represent professional advice or a clinical assessment of what type of support is appropriate for you.
Some content may contain direct, blunt, emotionally expressive, or profane language when you enable a setting that permits it. You are responsible for choosing settings appropriate for you and for any person who may access your device.
The App may rely on or interact with third-party services, including:
Mobile operating systems and app marketplaces.
Google Play Billing or Apple in-app purchasing.
Cloud-hosting and purchase-verification services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, accuracy, practices, or services.
References or links to crisis organizations, emergency services, websites, or other resources are provided for convenience and do not imply ownership, endorsement, control, or guaranteed availability.
The App and its original content, including its design, branding, illustrations, logos, text, task libraries, notification libraries, prompts, software, organization, and features, are owned by Pathfinder Digital LLC or used under an appropriate license.
The names Today Still Matters, Pathfinder Digital LLC, associated logos, and other branding may not be used without prior written permission.
Third-party names, trademarks, services, and resources remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the App or its intellectual property to you.
If you send us suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback, you authorize us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
This does not give us ownership of your private check-ins, personal reflections, or other personal content entered solely for your use within the App.
We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any portion of the App at any time.
We do not guarantee that:
The App will always be available.
Every feature will work on every device.
Content will remain available indefinitely.
Older versions of the App will continue to function.
The App will be free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities.
You may be required to install updates to continue using certain features, purchases, or connected services.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by maintenance, third-party services, internet availability, device limitations, marketplace restrictions, or events outside our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We disclaim all implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pathfinder Digital LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
This includes damages or losses relating to:

One hundred U.S. dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.
