Common help topics
1) Subscription not showing / Pro features locked
Try these steps:
Make sure you’re signed into the same Google account you used to purchase.
Open LiftScribe → Settings → Restore Purchases (if available).
Close the app completely and reopen it.
Still stuck? Email support and include:
A brief description of what you see
The email address used for Google Play purchases (optional)
Your Premium ID (if shown in LiftScribe Settings)
2) Cancel a subscription
Subscriptions are managed by Google Play:
Open the Google Play Store app
Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
Select LiftScribe → Cancel
3) Refund requests
Refunds are handled through Google Play. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, start with your Google Play order history and refund options.
4) App bugs / crashes
Email support with:
What screen you were on
What you tapped
What you expected to happen vs what happened
Any screenshots or screen recordings (optional)
5) Feature requests

Data Deletion Instructions – Pathfinder Digital LLC
This page explains how to delete data related to our products.
LiftScribe is designed to work without user accounts. Most app data is stored locally on your device, including:
Workout logs (sets, reps, notes, preferences)
Templates and favorites
App settings
Any videos recorded in-app (if you use that feature)
Delete local LiftScribe data
To remove local LiftScribe data from your device:
Uninstall LiftScribe from your phone
(Optional) If you recorded videos, also check your device storage/photos app and delete any saved workout videos if you want them removed.
Uninstalling the app removes the local workout data stored by the app.
Subscription-related data (Google Play / RevenueCat)
If you purchased a LiftScribe subscription, subscription status is managed through Google Play and our subscription management provider. Some purchase records may be retained for billing, fraud prevention, and compliance purposes.
