Pathfinder Digital LLC (“Pathfinder,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains how the Today Still Matters mobile application (“Today Still Matters” or the “App”) accesses, collects, uses, stores, and shares information.
Today Still Matters is designed as a self-care and general wellness app for difficult, stressful, emotionally challenging, and low-energy days. The App does not require you to create an account.
By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Today Still Matters is designed to keep most of your personal wellness information on your own device.
At this time:
You do not need to create an account.
Your check-ins, reflections, task activity, preferences, and emergency-contact information are stored locally on your device.
We do not receive or review the contents of your check-ins or personal reflections.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use your information for advertising or targeted advertising.
We do not use third-party advertising, behavioral analytics, or crash-reporting services.
Limited purchase and security information is transmitted when the App verifies a Google Play purchase.
Information you send directly to customer support is received and processed by us.
The App may allow you to enter, select, or create information such as:
Daily emotional check-ins.
Mood or energy selections.
Completed and skipped self-care tasks.
Self-care categories and task preferences.
Daily reflections and summaries.
Progress and completion history.
Support-style preferences.
Language or profanity preferences.
Notification schedules and reminder preferences.
Emergency-contact names, phone numbers, or other contact details.
Onboarding selections.
App appearance, content-pack, or accessibility preferences.
This information is stored locally within the App on your device.
Pathfinder Digital LLC does not automatically receive, upload, or remotely review this locally stored information.
Your locally stored information may be lost if you:
Uninstall the App.
Clear the App’s storage or data.
Reset or replace your device.
Use an in-app data-reset feature.
Experience device failure or data corruption.
Your device’s own backup settings may also affect whether local App data is copied or restored. Any backup service provided by your device manufacturer, operating-system provider, or cloud account is governed by that provider’s privacy practices.
Some information entered into Today Still Matters, including emotional check-ins, reflections, coping preferences, or emergency-contact information, may be considered personal, sensitive, or health-related information.
This information is used only to provide the App’s local self-care and personalization features.
At this time, the App does not transmit your check-ins, reflections, moods, task history, or emergency-contact list to Pathfinder Digital LLC’s servers.
Today Still Matters is not a medical-record system, healthcare provider, therapy service, or emergency-monitoring system. Information entered into the App should not be treated as a medical record or a substitute for professional care.
The App may allow you to save an emergency contact or use an SOS feature containing coping tools, crisis resources, or shortcuts for calling or messaging another person.
Emergency-contact details you manually enter are stored locally on your device.
If you choose to call, text, email, or otherwise contact someone through a shortcut in the App:
The communication is handled by your device, telephone carrier, messaging provider, email provider, or other selected service.
The recipient will receive the information you choose to send.
Pathfinder Digital LLC does not receive the content of your call, text, or email.
We do not monitor whether the communication is delivered or answered.
Opening an external crisis-resource website may cause that website or your browser to collect information under its own privacy policy.
Today Still Matters may request permission to send notifications.
Notifications may include:
Daily check-in reminders.
Self-care task reminders.
Reflection reminders.
Encouraging messages.
Progress reminders.
App or premium-content information.
At this time, these reminders are scheduled locally on your device. We do not use notification activity for advertising or behavioral profiling.
Your device operating system may process information necessary to schedule and display notifications.
You may disable or change notifications at any time through:
The App’s notification settings, when available.
Your device’s application or notification settings.
Notification delivery is controlled partly by your device and operating system and may be affected by battery settings, permissions, or system restrictions.
Today Still Matters may offer premium content, digital packs, themes, tasks, prompts, or other paid features through Google Play.
When you make or restore a purchase, Google Play processes the payment. Pathfinder Digital LLC does not receive your full payment-card number, bank-account information, or Google-account password.
To verify a purchase and protect the App from fraud or unauthorized access, the App may transmit limited information to our billing-verification service, including:

Request timestamp.
Cryptographic request hash.

A cryptographic hash of a purchase token.
A cryptographic hash or record of a verification-request identifier.
Product or entitlement information.
Verification timestamps.
Purchase status.
Security, fraud-prevention, or error records.

Internet Protocol address.
Request date and time.

Your name.

Please do not send highly sensitive medical information, passwords, full payment-card numbers, or information you are not authorized to share.

Display personalized advertisements.
Sell personal information.
Share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Track users across unrelated applications or websites.
Build advertising profiles.
Collect third-party behavioral analytics.
Collect third-party crash reports.
Our cloud-hosting environment may still create limited operational, request, security, and error logs when the purchase-verification service is used.
If we add analytics, crash reporting, cloud synchronization, accounts, or advertising in a future version, we will update this Privacy Policy and any required in-app disclosures before using the information for those purposes.
Today Still Matters does not currently request or intentionally collect:

Provide and operate the App.
Save your preferences and progress locally.
Schedule local notifications.
Process, verify, and restore purchases.
Grant or remove access to premium content.

Protect the rights, safety, and property of users, Pathfinder Digital LLC, and others.
We do not use your locally stored reflections or check-ins for advertising, profiling, or marketing.
We do not sell your personal information.
We may disclose limited information in the following circumstances.
We may use service providers to operate necessary parts of the App, including:
Google Play Billing for purchases.
Google Play Developer services for purchase verification.
Google Play Integrity for app, license, and device-integrity checks.
Google Cloud services, including Cloud Run and Firestore, for secure backend processing and verification records.
Email or hosting providers used to respond to support requests.
These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to:
Comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other valid legal request.
Protect the security or integrity of the App.
Investigate fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
Enforce our Terms of Use.
Protect the rights, property, or safety of Pathfinder Digital LLC, our users, or others.
If Pathfinder Digital LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, limited information associated with the App may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Any successor would remain subject to applicable privacy obligations regarding the transferred information.
The App may link to or interact with third-party services, such as:
Google Play.
Device telephone and messaging applications.
Email applications.
Web browsers.
Crisis-support websites.
Emergency-service telephone numbers.
Other external resources.
We do not control the privacy or security practices of third parties. Information you provide directly to another service is governed by that service’s privacy policy and terms.
A link or shortcut does not mean that Pathfinder Digital LLC owns, controls, or guarantees the third-party service.
Different information is retained for different periods.
Check-ins, reflections, preferences, task history, emergency contacts, and similar local information remain on your device until you:
Delete or reset the information within the App.
Clear the App’s storage.
Uninstall the App.
Reset or replace your device.
Because we do not receive this local information, we cannot remotely access or delete it for you.
Purchase-verification, entitlement, hashed identifier, fraud-prevention, and security records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to:
Maintain or restore premium access.
Prevent duplicate or fraudulent use.
Resolve billing disputes.
Meet accounting, tax, legal, security, or marketplace obligations.
Establish or defend legal claims.
Support emails and related records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, maintain business records, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
Technical and security logs are retained according to our operational needs and the applicable configuration of our cloud-service providers.
We may retain anonymized or aggregated information that can no longer reasonably identify an individual.
You may manage your information in several ways.
You may delete local information by:
Using an in-app reset or delete-data feature, when available.
Clearing the App’s storage through device settings.
Uninstalling the App.
Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription or reverse a completed purchase.
You may disable notifications through the App or your device settings.
Purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds are managed through Google Play and your Google account.
You may ask us to delete personal information that we hold by emailing:
support@pathfinder-digital.net

We may need to retain limited information when required for:
Legal compliance.
Fraud prevention.
Security.
Tax or accounting obligations.
Purchase disputes.
Establishing or defending legal claims.
Because the App does not use user accounts, we may be unable to connect an individual person to certain pseudonymous or hashed backend records without sufficient purchase or request information.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information processed through the App and its backend services.
These safeguards may include:
Encrypted network transmission.
Google Play purchase verification.
Play Integrity validation.
Restricted cloud-service access.
Cryptographic hashing of selected identifiers.
Request freshness and replay-prevention checks.
Limited retention of purchase-verification information.
However, no device, application, transmission method, storage system, or internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, Google account, passwords, and device-access controls.
Today Still Matters is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Users between 13 and the age of legal majority where they live should use the App only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
