Today Still Matters is designed around the belief that self-care does not have to be impressive to count. Drinking water, opening the curtains, taking medication, brushing your teeth, or simply pausing to breathe can all be meaningful steps.
The App adapts to your current capacity instead of expecting every day to look the same.
Choose the type of encouragement that works best for you:
Gentle encouragement
Calm, compassionate support without pressure.
Tough love
Direct, motivating support that still respects your limits.
You can also select the language level you are comfortable with, from clean and encouraging to more blunt and expressive.
Today Still Matters does not require an account.
Your check-ins, reflections, preferences, progress, task history, and emergency-contact information are stored locally on your device.
The App does not use your personal reflections for advertising or behavioral profiling.
Today Still Matters is a general self-care and wellness tool. It is not therapy, medical treatment, crisis monitoring, or a substitute for professional care.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, you can call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Today Still Matters is currently being tested for Android.
Features, wording, and content may continue to improve before the public release.
